Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns and exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days upon receipt of goods. Any return postage is to be paid by customer.

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, please submit a photo of your item prior to shipment to info@surpointstudio.com to verify its return condition.

Merchandise must be packed and returned in its original packaging, please note our items can break in shipping.
- Items damaged in return shipping will have to be processed and claimed through your return shipping carrier so be sure to:
- Document your item prior to shipping &
- Pack your item carefully and reach out to us for any needed tips/tutorials.
- This will ensure a quick return of your funds.

We will process your return as soon as we receive your goods, please allow 3-10 days for your bank account to update.
- Items returned used, altered or damaged will have to be reviewed or claimed which can prolong your return on funds. So be sure to follow our packing tutorial above.

We replace product only if it is damaged during initial shipping. We require a picture of the damage item within 48hr upon receipt to provide a replacement.

Products in stock will ship within 1-3 business days.

Products that are made to order will ship within 5-7 business days.
